The secret to a life of financial security is simple… start saving at a young age! GFA Federal Credit Union makes it easy for you to do so with two programs geared toward those under 20 years of age: Savings Safari Club and Student Tycoon Club. Each program promotes and rewards members who make regular deposits to their accounts. And for those ready for a premium rate on their deposits, a special Student Saver Certificate.

GFA Federal Credit Union's commitment to local students is evident through our school banking days program. Students can make deposits into their accounts while in school. We also conduct classes preparing students for their financial futures.

Student Loans

As the cost of both public and private colleges and universities continues to increase, funding sources have not kept pace. GFA now offers a private Student Loan option to cover the gaps left after grants, scholarships and federal loan options have been exhausted.   You can now get supplemental financing for a college education through your trusted, local institution and enjoy the high level of service for which we’re known. At GFA, we exist to serve you, our Members, not to make a profit.
