Better Banking Associate
GFA is looking for a driven, friendly individual who can develop member relationships and has sales skills.
A Better Banking Associate works with members to develop relationships to gain a better understanding of their financial needs. They will perform all tasks associated with the processing of member transactions and maintaining a cash drawer as well as proactively offer GFA products and services as solutions to the members needs. This position will operate within GFA's established set of policies and procedures, will maintain an accurate record of transactions performed, and will balance a cash drawer daily. This individual must present themselves in a positive and professional service-oriented manner. Must attain, track, and report sales performance in accordance with assigned goals.
