Branch Manager - Keene
GFA is looking for a motivated, friendly Branch Manager who can develop their internal team and external member relationships.
The Branch Manager provides oversight for the daily operations of the branch office and ensure the staff operates within set policies and procedures. This individual will be responsibile for branch growth, member satisfaction, and staff development as well as always adhering to GFA's corporate mission, visions and values.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight to the daily operations and management of the branch office, ensuring that the branch operated in an efficient manner and adhered to all policies and procedures including lobby management, outbound calling and business calls.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for CU personnel. Work with branch personnel to meet or exceed individual branch sales goals.
- Plans and implements programs, taking initiative to ensure that branch sales, budget and market share goals are met.
- Evaluate, identify and recommend products to members to assist with their financial well-being.
- Assist staff to resolve any operational issues that may arise; possess a working knowledge of all line duties.
- Participate in the CU's community/civic engagement program which required participation in one community even each calendar year.
- Act as a role model for staff by completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning by cross training on other functions required.
- Participate, complete, and attend all mandatory trainings and/or online assignments for regulatory compliance.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job related experience with 3+ years in a management role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of understanding the importance of and practicing confidentiality and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong customer service skills and the flexibility to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and decision making skill are preferred.
