      • What is GFA's routing number?

      • I cannot access Online Banking, can you help?
        If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the User ID or Password screen. You will then be asked to enter information to identify yourself before being allowed to choose and confirm your new password.

      • Why do you ask such personal questions when I call to get information over the telephone?
        For security reasons we want to make sure we verify your identity. By verifying information that only you know, we can be sure we are speaking the the correct owner of the account.

    • What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
      You can activate or deactivate your lost or stolen card at any time within online banking or by calling 1.800.472.3272. During our business hours you can call our Member Resources Team at 978.632.2542.
