January, 2020 Construction Update

It's 2020 and with the new decade we're bringing you lots of new updates!

As promised, we have many new features at our Parker St. headquarters expansion including more color on the walls, ceiling tiles, tile in our bathrooms, and more. The most exciting new feature being our exterior siding. Have you driven by and seen it yet? It looks fantastic!

Inside the building the ceiling grids are being installed and the tiles hung. The electricians are installing light fixtures and controls, data cables, as well as room occupancy sensors throughout. Below we can see the progression of the ceiling and walls on our central feature, monument staircase.

Next up is a look at the work in progress in our restrooms. We can see the dark gray tiling peeking out from under the protective paper. This will compliment the light colors and textures of the wall tiling nicely.

The glass contractor has installed the frames and supports for the interior “storefront” office walls and doors. Here is a look at some of the first floor offices. Back accent wall colors of blue, orange, and yellow are visible here. There will be a few other colors mixed in throughout the building tying everything together. Right now there are strips of blue painters tape allowing workers to see the glass. Soon a frosted pattern will be added to give some privacy as well as to prevent us from accidental walking into the glass.

Check back in soon for more updates and looks at how we're moving forward. There are sure to be more colors, textures, and exciting items to share.
