Gina Vecchi Promoted to Assistant Vice President/Retail Mortgage Originator
GFA Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Gina Vecchi to Assistant Vice President/Retail Mortgage Originator. Vecchi began her career at GFA in 2014 as a part-time teller and has received numerous well-deserved promotions since, including Member Service Supervisor in 2015, Financial Service Supervisor in 2016, Assistant Branch Manager in 2018, and in 2019 she joined the lending team as Retail Mortgage Originator.

Throughout her tenure Vecchi received the Rising Star Award for her continuous display of GFA’s core values; mentored under GFA’s previous CEO, Tina Sbrega; assisted with GFA’s Payment Protection Program Loan Taskforce; was recently chosen to partake in GFA’s new Leadership Education and Development Program; and serves as an integral part of GFA’s Student Advisory Board.
