Parks Appointed to GFA Board of Directors
Gardner, MA – The Board of Directors of GFA Federal Credit Union recently announced the election of JoAnne Parks to its Board. The Board of Directors consists of unpaid volunteers who are responsible for the general direction and control of affairs of the credit union.
“We are delighted that JoAnne has agreed to serve as a member of our Board of Directors. She possesses the business insight that is required for the responsibilities of this Board. And having previously served on our Supervisory Committee since 2014, she is well poised to participate in our strategic vision.” said Gerald L. Bankowski, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Parks, a Winchendon resident, and graduate of Worcester Polytechnical, currently serves as the Operations Manager for M.H. Parks Company. She also serves as Trustee for Heywood Healthcare, and has previously served as a director at W.P. Clark Memorial YMCA, and as a parent volunteer at Holy Rosary School.
