GFA Online Banking Issues

Some of our members are experiencing issues connecting to Online Banking. If you are having issue please try these steps to help you gain access while we work to resolve the issue.

As of Friday, October 30th our Online Banking is experiencing sporadic login/latency issues. We are working to resolve the issue at this time. Not all members are experiencing these issues, if you are please try the following steps that may help you access your Online Banking before reaching out to us for assistance.

  • Clear the cookies and cache within the web browser you are using.
  • Open the GFAFCU.COM web page using an incognito window or private browsing option.
  • Try using a different web browser then you typically use.

If these steps do not resolve the issue please contact us by emailing us here, or by calling us at 978-632-2542. We will ask you to provide certain information about your situation to better help resolve the issue. Some of the information we will ask you to provide is:

  • Your User ID
  • Are you trying to access Online Banking on a Desktop Computer or a Mobile Phone?
    • If using a desktop computer, what web browser are you using?
    • If using a mobile phone, is it an iPhone or an Andoid?
  • At approximate what Date/Time have you tried to access online banking and have experienced the issue?
  • What is your IP Address? If you do not currently know your IP Address you can find out what it is by using this website https://whatismyipaddress.com
  • What was the last click you made before the issue occurred? (Ex: After clicking login on the GFA website or after entering your password and clicking submit.)
