Restructure of two positions to allow focus on future growth, Hebert Named Vice President/Market Branch Manager, Quinn as 1st Vice President/Risk and Compliance Officer

GFA Federal Credit Union announces the restructure of two positions to allow focus on growth throughout the organization. Lynn Hebert, as Vice President/Market Branch Manager and Kimberly Quinn as 1st Vice President/Risk and Compliance Officer.

“As any organization continues to grow, there must constantly be ongoing evaluations of how our teams are aligned to assist in that growth. Growth is critical to the stability and future relevance of our credit union and, as such, we are very focused on finding ways to continue to press forward,” said Joshua I. Brier, President & Chief Executive Officer.

Hebert has an extensive background in the financial services industry, 15 of those years with GFA Federal Credit Union. She will be GFA’s first ever VP/Market Branch Manager, managing the 229 Parker Street location in Gardner. She will be responsible for growing the single largest branch location by assets, representing GFA prominently within the Greater Gardner business community, coordinating market growth strategies, piloting new retail products and new technology, and playing a prominent role across retail operations. Hebert previously served as Vice President of Member Engagement, and Regional Branch Manager for the Peterborough, NH, and Rindge, NH locations.

Quinn has over 30 years of Credit Union experience. In her new role, she will oversee the risk, compliance, audit, and supervisory oversight functions of GFA. Having held several of these responsibilities, in addition to overseeing the Member Resource Center in her previous role, additional growth and internal promotions have allowed for 100% of her capacity/resources to now be allocated to the risk and compliance program. Quinn will remain a critical member of the GFA Leadership Team.
