GFA Federal Credit Union Announces Mandella as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
GFA Federal Credit Union welcomes Todd Mandella as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. Bringing a combination of extensive banking management experience, operational expertise, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership to GFA.

In this role, Mandella will have the responsibility of leading retail branch operations, overseeing member-facing back office support and cash management services, facilities management and contributing to the Credit Union’s strategic objectives and execution.

Todd Mandella holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Economics from Trinity College and sits on various Boards throughout Worcester County. Previous to GFA, Todd spent the last twenty years working at national, regional and community bank institutions overseeing a variety of commercial lending and cash management functions. Having grown up in Worcester, he has great familiarity with the North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire markets.
