August Construction Update

Things are moving right along on our expansion at our Parker Street headquarters.

The yellow walls didn't last long as they were quickly covered by a coating of an air barrier sealant, rolled on by hand, and we became a nice shade of gray. We'll remain this color for a few weeks. Any guesses on which color we'll be next?

Continuing with more roof work, we now have the addition of 3 skylights that will bring in some fantastic natural lighting to our grand staircase, a crane was on site to install the 2 roof top HVAC units, and the framing was started on our new main entrance.

On the interior we have more wall studs in place and the start of the piping being installed for our sprinkler system. The electrical work began in the middle of the month and we now have rough wiring in as well as the large transformers and main switchboard installed.

We had another drone fly-over this month. The shots taken really show the scope and progress of our expansion. The last photo has a great view of our Parker St. headquarters in the foreground and Mount Monadnock in the distance. This photos shows our entire northern market reach from Gardner to Ashburnham and Winchendon, and into the New Hampshire areas of Rindge, Peterborough, and our newest branch location in Keene.

Keep checking back for more exciting updates. Things will really begin to progress quickly now and we'll have lots of visual changes taking place.
