GFA Honors Employee Milestones
GFA proudly recognized employees ranging from three to 25 years of service.
Amy Holgerson, Residential Underwriter; and Laura McEwan, Better Banking Designer celebrated three years of service. Renee LeBlanc, Consumer Loan Booking Specialist; Jean Normandin, Residential Loan Processor; and Gina Vecchi, Retail Mortgage Originator celebrated five years of service. Julie Boudreau, BSA Risk Analyst, and Ashley McDonald, Operations Manager celebrated ten years of service.
Finally, the entire team ended the award presentation with a standing ovation for Paul Fitzpatrick, SVP / GFA Investment Management who celebrated 25 years of service. Paul was recognized for his outstanding achievements, including his ability to grow investments to over 80 million, and to continuously customize solutions that work to grow, protect, and conserve his client’s wealth and financial goals by delivering a top level of personalized service and experience.
In addition to celebrating tenure milestones, nineteen GFA team members who exhibited exemplary skills were recognized as Rising Stars. The Rising Star Program recognizes employees aligned with the Credit Union’s core values. The program was established in January of 2017 and since 65 stars have been awarded to employees for their commitment to our core values. Since inception of the program, two employees have earned stars in each of the value categories and were awarded the Better Banking Champion title.
