GFA welcomes Jeffrey Scott to their leadership team as Chief Technology Officer
GFA Federal Credit Union announced that Jeffrey Scott recently joined their leadership team to serve as Vice President – Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Mr. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the banking technology industry. As part of the management team, he will play a key role in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of GFA’s information technology systems. He will help to propel GFA forward along the leading edge of technology by evaluating new technology and technology applications; establishing and implementing information systems security policies and procedures; managing technology resources; and leading the strategic management of the Credit Union’s technological experience for members and employees.

With the combination of Jeffrey’s extensive background in the Information Technology field and his impressive leadership skills, he will be a key player.”
Mr. Scott joins GFA having previously served as Vice President of Information Technology at a local community bank. In this role he created and executed strategic growth plans as well as implemented systems and processes improvements to the bank’s technology infrastructure, always keeping an eye to the future technology needs of the bank, all key knowledge vital to the advancement and growth of GFA Federal Credit Union. Mr. Scott holds bachelor degrees from Bryant University and Central New England College, as well as numerous certifications and certificates.
